This is the session I wish to have received at the beginning of my healing journey - to understand why I suffered the way I did with my mother who I loved so dearly yet painfully. Most of us are not aware that mother-daughter wound is not just personal, but generational female suffering rooted in cultural/social conditioning. After studying family constellation and sociology, I decide to offer this woman only therapy for healing the epi-genetic female trauma.

I offer this listener session for you to share your exquisite loneliness with me, and let whichever healing modality emerge according to our interceptive time and space. I am here to empower you, helping you yield to your wholeness even in the midst of separation.

Past Journey ReFraming
Your past is always here with you.
This is one of the most powerful modalities I have experienced in my own healing journey. A unique, three-session therapeutic ritual to revisit your past with storytelling, witnessing and evaluating, and restoring the parts of you that have been neglected from the ashes of time.
I will be here with you, playing the role of objective listener, holding a retrospective microphone for you to share your past stories. Then we will re-watch your documentary with my reflective reframing, and complete your healing ritual complete with art, movement, writing and/or sound healing.

Food as Life ReStoration
How is your relationship to food?
For over two decades, I suffered from an eating disorder. Even though I have been a nutrition therapist, none of my intellectual understanding and skills fixed my own “love-hate” addiction to food until I encountered the Human Design system.
There are many root causes to our distorted relationship to food. Having been a statistician specialising in multivariate analysis and focused on pattern seeking, I have noticed three major correlations - emotional distortion, social homogenisation, and family/relationship trauma. These often relate to self-hatred issues based on feeling unworthy, unlovable, abandoned, lonely, shameful/guilty, victimised and hopeless.
My style of therapeutic services can be defined as ‘wounded healer’. Everyone suffers uniquely - no one can feel your pain for you, but you can be empowered with resources to discover your own healing path. I have combined the Human Design system with my psychosomatic therapy practices to support those willing to love their own body for life by re-establishing a new intimacy with food.

No one is turned away for lack of funds. I had been in poverty and mind-perceived-financial-crisis to survive, yet none of my fear stopped me from freedom to wonder — who I am for myself. In fact, those moments where I lost in survival fear showed me the ‘ok-ness’ of being a 9-centered human — when you trust life, life will give you what is needed just enough to be you. Nothing more and nothing less is needed for you to be alive as you. I hope what I do is worthwhile for you to find your own ease and purpose of living with trust in unknowing and unfolding.
